1 c. fresh of fresh mango
1/2 c. diced fresh pineapple
1/2 c. diced papaya
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint (optional)
Preparation:
Toss together the mango, pineapple, papaya, jalapeno pepper and red onion in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and stir to combine. Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves before serving. Serve as a salad or as an appetizer with tortilla chips or use as a topping on grilled white fish.
