Ingredients and preparation:
Stir together in a medium bowl:
1/3 c. fresh or prepared horseradish
1/3 c. peeled and finely grated sour green apples
2 1/2 Tbs. C&C Oregano Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. sea salt (New Zealand Natural)
Cover and let stand for 15 to 30 minutes to allow flavors
to develop.
Stir in:
1/4 sour cream. Serve immediately.

Perfect on a corned beef or sausage sandwiches.
