- To add a coupon or promo code to your order, first add at least one item to your shopping cart and then click on the link to “My Cart” below the search box in the upper right corner of our webpage. After the “My Cart” page loads, enter your coupon code or promo code in the “Discount Code” box and hit the “Apply Coupon” button. Your coupon/promo code should now be applied to your order.
- Discounts, coupons or promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons or promo codes. We reserve the right to limit the ability to use discounts, coupons, promo codes and free shipping offers in conjunction with each other.

- Having Problems Ordering?
- If you are having problems ordering please try ordering with another web browser (i.e. if you are using Internet Explorer please try either Google Chrome or Firefox). This often solves the problem. - Gift Cards
- If you would like to purchase a gift card that can be used in any of our stores or to order by phone, you can order online under the Gift Cards subcategory (under the Gifts category) or you can please call any of our stores or contact Customer Service at (732) 449-0044. Shipping on Gift Cards is free (USPS First Class Mail) and includes a free gift card with your personal message. Gift cards cannot be used online but can be used in all of our stores and on telephone orders. Discount coupons and discount codes do not apply to gift card purchases.
- Gift Baskets & Gift Sets
- All gift baskets are made to order, so please allow an additional day or two for preparation of your basket. When substitution is needed due to product unavailability or basket style inavailability, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value to maintain the overall effect of the basket or gift set that you requested. - Shipping & Delivery
- All purchases are shipped from New Jersey by UPS Ground or USPS and should arrive 5 – 10 business days from receipt of your order. Please check with us by email to customerservice@carterandcavero.com if you want to confirm that an order will arrive at a location by a specific date. Offers for flat rate shipping are limited to a single address in the lower 48 U.S. states! Flat rate shipping is not available in Canada, HI, AK, PR or other areas outside of the lower 48 U.S. states. If you would like to ship to these areas please contact us by phone or email. As we ship all orders from New Jersey by ground shipping services, orders to states in the Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones take a minimum of 3-5 business days to ship by ground services alone. This is in addition to the time it takes us to process your order. While we do the best we can to promptly turn around all orders we do not make any guarantees that orders will arrive by a certain date as certain factors, such as delivery delays, stock unavailability and whether you place your order after business hours affect how long it takes for us to get your order to you. - Returns & Replacements
- It is Carter & Cavero’s intention to provide premium customer service. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash in our store may be exchanged or a store credit issued. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
