Made exclusively from Cerasuola variety olives hand-harvested from mid-October through mid-November in the area of Sciacca in central-western Sicily. This delicate oil is mildly fruity with a hint of red tomato, oregano and fresh vegetables with bitterness and pungency present on the finish.
