Picual Superior Exra Virgin Olive Oil is considered the best in the world for a lot of reasons. First of all, the Picual olive is the most stable (i.e. it can stand high temperatures and is therefore apt for frying and cooking), it will keep for a long time (>3-4 years without loosing any of it’s properties), is rich in polyphenols, the olive’s natural antioxidant, has a low acidity (0.19º) and has a characteristic taste: bitter and spicy, both indicators of a high, superior, quality product. Our Picual trees grow at an altitude between 750 and 1800 meters, and are therefore unique in the world. Ideal for cooking and frying, as well as for salads, dressings, fish, meat or just with some bread. Comes in a beautifal and practical tin of 1 liter.
