Description: The Royal olive is a unique variety of the Cazorla Mountains Jaén, Spain, where it grows at altitudes between 750 and 1800 meters. The olives are harvested between Mid November and end February. Royal Olive Oil has a unique taste, smooth to the palette, fruitfull, rich and with a long after taste, somewhat bitter and spicy, both caracteristics of a superior olive oil full of polyphenols (800/kg) and a low acidity 18º. It is ideal for salads, fish and meat, or just with a piece of bread.
