This velvety, mustardy, sweet and tangy concoction is brilliant for marinading ham or pork before roasting.

You can use it just like a traditional mustard, but it comes into its own when used for cooking – great brushed over sausages or root vegetables before roasting for a sweet sticky caramelised finish.  Just Add Food!
