In 1982, in the southeast Italian province of Bari, the Tarall’oro company was born as a manufacturer of taralli and other types of southern Italian snacks. These artisan snacks are all natural, and manufactured with the traditions to preserve the flavors of the past. The company has recently introduced a gold line of premium pastas using extra calibrated semolina obtained by extraction of the best durum wheat of the Murges area in Puglia. The end result is a consistent, full flavored pasta with a nice texture.
