Marmalade soy dipping sauce is slightly spicy and goes particularly well with all types of seafood, including shrimp, crab, lobster, and squid. Serve warm or at room temperature.

1 Tbs. cold water
1/3 c. Red Orange Marmalade
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/8 tsp. grated ginger
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. soy saucePreparation:
Whisk together cornstarch and cold water. Set aside. Place orange marmalade, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes, lime juice, and soy sauce in a small heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add cornstarch and simmer, stirring, until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat.
