2 c. chopped strawberries
1 c. finely chopped tomatillo or rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c . C&C Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. orange zest
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put all ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook for few minutes more, to reduce any remaining liquid. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Makes about 2 cups. Perfect on choice of brie and water crackers.
