Customer Service

Thank you for shopping at the Carter & Cavero online store. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If answers to your questions cannot be found on our website, please contact us customerservice@carterandcavero.com .

Coupons & Promo Codes
To add a coupn or promo code to your order, first add at least one item to your shopping cart and then click on the link to "My Cart" below the search box in the upper right corner of our webpage. After the "My Cart" page loads, enter your coupon code or promo code in the "Discount Code" box and hit the "Apply Coupon" button. Your coupon/promo code should now be applied to your order.
Having Problems Ordering?
If you are having problems ordering please try ordering with another web browser (i.e. if you are using Internet Explorer please try either Google Chrome or Firefox). This often solves the problem.  We apologize for any problems you might be experiencing in placing orders.  Ifyou continue to have problems placing your order you can always call us toll free at (877) 281-4713.  We will be glad to take your order over the telephone.
Shipping & Delivery
All purchases are shipped from New Jersey by FedEx Ground and should arrive 5 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. Shipping charges are weight-based and quoted by FedEx. Shipping 1 bottle of oil or vinegar can be expensive, and the cost of shipping 2, 3 or even 4 bottles often adds very little to the shipping cost. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please check with us by email to customerservice@carterandcavero.com if you want to confirm that an order will arrive at a location by a specific date.
Privacy & Security
Carter & Cavero observes the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers." By honoring the DMA's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers," we recognize that the consumer marketing information we maintain must be used responsibly, in beneficial ways and with respect to individual choice. We have agreed to (1) provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale or exchange with other marketers, (2) honor customers' requests not to share their information with other marketers, and (3) honor customers' requests not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations from Carter & Cavero. If you prefer not to receive information from Carter & Cavero, please let us know by sending us an email to customerservice@carterandcavero.com. Please be sure to include your email address, mailing address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, mailing address or other personal information with us, please contact us the same way.
Returns & Replacements
It is Carter & Cavero's intention to provide premium customer service. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase (or during the December Holiday Season, we will issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of December 31 of that year) . After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash in our stores may be returned (in the same time frames listed above) for cash provided the return is accompanied by a receipt.  Items returned without a receipt may (at store management's discretion) be exchanged or a store credit issued. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition. To return phone or web orders, please email us at customerservice@carterandcavero.com . Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
We accept credit card purchases via Authorize.net.
Viewing Orders
You can track the status of your purchases on our website if you register for an account when placing your order. This information is available under the "My Account" link. You will also receive status updates via email.

You can update your account information through the "My Account" link as well.
