- 1 pound bacon
- Coarse sea salt (Himalayan Pink)
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 c. of Red Apple Balsamic Marinade plus 1/4 c. of the marinade reserved for basting. (recipe for the marinade above)
Place pork in a shallow dish, and season with salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 cup of the vinaigrette over bacon. and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or over night. Heat grill to medium- hot. Remove bacon from marinade (letting excess drip off). Discard this marinade. Place bacon in pan and cook for 8 to 9 minutes turning once. Baste bacon with the 1/4 cup of the reserved marinade while still on the grill.
