3-4 Tbs Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
Drizzle of Garlic Olive Oil
2 tsp. finely chopped shallots
1/4 c. Basil Olive Oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Whisk together strawberry balsamic vinegar, garlic oil and shallots in a small bowl. Whisk in basil olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Keeps up to four days refrigerated in a tightly sealed container.
Combine this dressing with your favorite salad greens, top off with toasted pine nut and fresh sliced strawberries. Toss and serve.
