Ingredients:
• 2 c. mayonnaise
• 1/4 c. pureed chipotle peppers
• 1/4 c. Pommery Mustard
• 1-1/2 tsp. honey
• 2-2 1/2 Tbsp. minced shallots
• 1/8 c. chives, finely chopped
• 4 limes, juiced
• Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Whisk all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes @ 2-2 1/2 cups.
