red pepper sauce

Ingredients: 

• 1 /2 c. finely chopped OASIS Pequillo Peppers
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
• 2 Tbs. lemon juice
• 2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate, if desired. Serve with your favorite grilled meat or fish, as a dip or as a sandwich spread.
