Ingredients:
• 6-8 large Idaho potatoes
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 1/2 c. Garlic Olive Oil
• Freshly ground pepper
Preparation: Boil the potatoes until done. Approximately 30 minutes. Peel and mash the potatoes, leaving a little lumpy. Add garlic and pepper and mix with wooden spoon to desired consistency.
