• 2 Tbs. Porcini Olive Oil
• 2 tsp. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
• Sea salt *and ground pepper to taste
• 1 Tbs. Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
• Hawaiian Black Lava or Red Alaea Sea Salt
Preparation: Slowly whisk the oils and vinegar and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over your favorite salad greens.
