Ingredients:
• 2 tart apples (2 cups chopped)
• 1 Tbs. orange zest
• 1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
• 1 Tbs. freshly grated ginger
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 c. Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/3 to 1/2 c. of brown sugar
Preparation: Put all ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook for a few minutes more, to reduce any remaining liquid. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
