INGREDIENTS:

2 Hass avocados
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
3 Tbs. Chipotle Olive Oil
1 Tbs. fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1 lime, zested and juiced
Tortilla chips for serving
For added heat, add a small Jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped.

PREPARATIONS:
Pit and scoop out avocados into a bowl. Add the onion, sea salt, olive oil, cilantro leaves, lime zest, lime juice and Jalapeno. Mash and taste to adjust salt. Serve with tortilla chips.
