• 1 Tbs. Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
• Pinch of Hawaiian Black Lava Sea Salt, to taste
• 4 Tbs. Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
• freshly ground pepper, to taste
• 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, or to taste

Preparation: In a small bowl, whisk oil and vinegar together until emulsified. Add thyme, salt and pepper, to taste. Correct for seasonings.
