pepper dip


• 1 c. fat free sour cream or plain yogurt
• 1/2 c. fire roasted salsa
• 1 /4 cup Oasis Piquillo Pepper Tapenade
• 1 tsp. dried basil leaves

Preparation: Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve with cut vegetables, baked tortilla chips, Carter & Cavero Picos (Spanish olive oil bread sticks) or cubes of sourdough baguette. Makes approx. 1 1/2 cups. Prep time: 5 minutes.
