• 4 oz. Mascarpone cheese
• 6 large Cantuccini Biscotti
• 3/4 c. blackberries
• 3/4 c. raspberries
• 3/4 c. strawberries
• 6 Tbs. Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation: Prepare berries, rinse and layout all berries on a paper towel. Slightly pat dry, but careful not to crush. Place all berries in a medium bowl and gently stir to distribute evenly. Divide the biscotti pieces into 4 bowls. Spoon the berries into bowls, reserves 4 strawberries for garnish. Pour balsamic vinegar over the berries and top with a dollop of mascarpone. Garnish with single berry on top of mascarpone. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
