Ingredients:

• 1/2 c. Fig Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/2 c. Persian Lime Oil
• 1 1/2 tsp. Amora Dijon Mustard
• 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
• 3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
• 1 Tbs. minced shallot
• 1/2 tsp. sugar

Preparation: In small bowl, whisk all ingredients to blend. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Chill. Bring to room temperature before using.)
