Ingredients:

• 1/4 c. Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/3 c. Persian Lime Oil
• 1/2 tsp. Amora Dijon Mustard
• 1 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
• 1 tsp. ground cumin, or to taste
• 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, or to taste
• 1 Tbs. fresh orange juice
• 1 pinch Himalayan Sea Salt (fine), or to taste
• 1 pinch ground black pepper

Preparation: In small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar and rest of the ingredients. Whisk together. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then serve.
