1/3 cup of C&C Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 c. strawberries, hulled and halved
3/4 c. raspberries
1 c. blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
2 Tbs. mint leaves
1/4 c. toasted walnuts or pecans, coarse chopped (optional)
In a small sauce pan simmer balsamic vinegar on low heat for about 10 minutes until reduced to approximately 2/3 of its original amount. Once reduced, set aside to cool or place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. In a large bowl combine all the berries with mint leaves. Drizzle chocolate balsamic reduction and sprinkle nuts over top if desired.
