4 Hass avocados
Juice from 2 limes
1/2 c. small red onion, finely chopped
A handful of fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1tsp. of Carter & Cavero Habanero Sea Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

1 medium tomato, seeded and small-diced
Tortilla chips for serving

Cut the avocados in 1/2, remove the pits and scoop the flesh our of their shells in a large bowl. Immediately add the lime juice, onion, garlic olive oil, cilantro, Habanero sea salt, pepper and toss well. Using a sharp knife, slice the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.
