1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. of Carter & Cavero Applewood Smoked Sea Salt
3 Tbsp. of Carter & Cavero Chipotle Olive Oil
A small handful of fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
Juice and zest from 1 lime
Tortilla chips for serving
Pit and scoop out avocados into a bowl. Add the onion, sea salt, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice and zest. Mash and taste to adjust salt. serve with tortilla chips.
