½ cup mustard
½ cup smoked maple syrup
½  cup bourbon
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon currant jelly
salt & pepper

Combine in zip lock type bag with 1 to 1 -1/2 pound London broil for 2 to 3 hours. Slow cook over medium heat 10 minutes per inch of thickness or till done. Slice thin across the grain and serve with German fried potatoes.
