Bellini

Ingredients:

• 1 c. Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 bottle chilled Proseco or other sparkling white wine
• a sprig of mint or fresh
• raspberries for garnish
• 1 lb. sliced, ripe peaches or 1 lb. bag frozen peaches

Preparation: Pour Proseco/ Sparkling White Wine into pitcher; Add balsamic; Add Peaches, Stir thoroughly; Pourinto chilled glasses; Add Garnish. Servings: 4-6
