• 2 Tbs. Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp. Sweet Spanish Paprika
• 1 /4 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt (fine)
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 5 Tbs. Chipotle Olive Oil
• 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation: Whisk together balsamic vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl and add oil in a
slow stream, whisking until well blended. Serve over your favorite salad.
