Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Hojiblanca EVOO
- 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt + pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Muddle and mash raspberries
- Combine all additional ingredients
- Serve over a leafy green salad with additional toppings of choice! ( * we love additional fresh berries, crumbled feta, and walnuts! )
