Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Hojiblanca EVOO
  • 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt + pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Muddle and mash raspberries
  2. Combine all additional ingredients
  3. Serve over a leafy green salad with additional toppings of choice! ( * we love additional fresh berries, crumbled feta, and walnuts! )
