INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c. Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 c. Chipotle Olive Oil
1/3 c. honey
2 tsp. Pommery Cognac Mustard (or any whole grain mustard )
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 1 /4 tsp. ground chipotle powder
1 tsp. lime juice
3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
3/4 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt (fine)
1/2 tsp. Spanish Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
PREPARATION: Combine all ingredients (except olive oil) by blending on low speed for 10 seconds. Slowly drizzle olive oil into blender on low speed.
