1/4 c. Persian Lime Olive Oil
1/4 c. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 tsp. Sea Salt
Splash of Garlic Olive Oil

In a bowl, mix together white Balsamic vinegar and sea salt. Slowly whisk in the two olive oils until the vinaigrette is emulsified.

Pour this refreshing citrus infused dressing over tomatoes, avocados, shrimp or on you favorite salad greens.
Replace the sea salt with Habanero Sea Salt to spice up your dressing.
Use the dressing as a marinade on chicken, shrimp or swordfish kabobs.
Use the dressing on a bean salad with chickpeas, fresh corn and red peppers.
