• 6 oz. roasted turkey breast
• 1/2 loaf Ciara bread
• 1/4 c. Nocellara Olive Oil
• 3/4 c. Solefrutta Clementine Marmalade
• 5 oz. Fontina cheese, sliced thin
• 3 oz. or approx. 5 slices prosciutto
• EVOO to drizzle

Preparation: *Preheat oven to 350 F. Slice bread into 10 slices, 1/2 inch thick. Brush bread with olive oil and arrange on baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Cool to room temperature

*Spread each side of the toasted bread with clementine marmalade, then a slice of cheese, top with chicken.Slice prosciutto in half and place on top of chicken. Transfer the bruschetta to serving platter and drizzle with oil .
