dipping sauce


• 1 tsp. cornstarch
• 1 Tbsp. cold water
• 1/3 c. Solefrutta Red Orange Marmalade
• 1 clove garlic, finely minced
• 1/8 tsp. grated ginger
• 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 1/4 c. lime juice
• 1/4 c. soy sauce

Preparation: Whisk together cornstarch and cold water. Set aside. Place orange marmalade, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes, lime juice, and soy sauce in a small heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add cornstarch and simmer, stirring, until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat. Yield: About 3/4 cup

**Serve this dipping sauce warm or at room temperature. Great with all types of seafood, including shrimp, crab, lobster, and squid.
