2 tablespoons smoked maple syrup

Set the fillets on aluminum foil on a pan. Squeeze on the lime, add the smoked maple syrup and other ingredients, and broil for 12 minutes without turning.
This is THE signature smoked maple syrup fish dish. My wife Ann came up with the garlic version, Sugar Bob gets credit for the cilantro version. We each like the other one’s better and the two go together smashingly.
