1/2 boneless chicken breast, cooked, and sliced into strips
1 ripe avocado, sliced
2 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 carrot, shredded
2 heaping Tbs. of Greek yogurt
3 Tbs. C&C Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbs. C&C Garlic Olive Oil
Italian herbs (Erb di Puglia)
1/2 tsp. C&C Habanero Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. non-flavored sea salt (Peruvian Pink)
Gyro Pita bread

In a medium bowl add yogurt, balsamic vinegar, herbs and sea salts. Stir together until well combined. Add lettuce and carrots. Toss again until well combined.

Place a few chicken strips and avocado slices in the middle of the bread. Top with lettuce mixture. Fold sandwich and serve. This recipes makes up to three Pita sandwiches.
