• 1/4 c. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/4 c. Persian Lime Olive Oil
• 1/3 tsp. Habanero Pepper Sea Salt
• Splash of Garlic Olive Oil
Preparation: In a bowl, mix together white Balsamic vinegar and sea salt. Slowly whisk in the two olive oils until the vinaigrette is emulsified. Pour this spicy and citrusy dressing over tomatoes, avocadoes, shrimp, on a chick peas salad or on you favorite salad greens.
