• 8 oz. fresh chevre (goat cheese)
• 1/2 c. Garlic Olive Oil
• 2 c. packed fresh basil leaves
• 1/2 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Sea Salt
Preparation: Put all ingredients in a food processor and process to a smooth paste. Use immediately over
pasta or as a dip or spread.
