1 family pack (8 – 12 pieces) chicken thighs with skin.
¼ to ½ cup smoked maple syrup
salt & pepper
Wash & dry the thighs then liberally apply salt & pepper. Place in baking dish and drizzle with smoked maple syrup, turning each piece to coat thoroughly. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes turning the pieces once, then finish under the broiler for 5 minutes to add a little crackle to the glaze.
