Espresso Balsamic Vinegar Condimento




This amazingly complex vinegar is made by combining barrel-aged balsamic condimento vinegar from Italy and the taste of espresso and dark roasted coffee.

Suggestions for use:
-combine with chocolate balsamic for a delicious reduction over vanilla bean ice cream.
-makes a great glaze or barbecue base for beef or pork
-pairs amazingly with blood orange olive oil
