• 1/3 c. Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 1/2 c. strawberries, hulled and halved
• 3/4 c. raspberries
• 1 c. blueberries
• 1/2 c. blackberries
• 2 Tbs. mint leaves
• 1/4 c. toasted walnuts or pecans, coarse chopped
Preparation: In a small sauce pan simmer balsamic vinegar on low heat for about 10 minutes until reduced to approximately 3/4 from its original amount. Once reduced, set aside to cool or place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. In a large bowl combine all the berries with mint leaves. Drizzle balsamic reduction and sprinkle nuts over top if desired.
