• 2 Tbs. honey
• 1/4 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
• 1/4 c. Garlic Olive Oil
• 3 Tbs. Peach Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 tsp. Amora Dijon Mustard
• 1 tsp finely grated orange peel
• 1/2 tsp. chili powder
• 1/2 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt (fine)

Preparation: In a small saucepan, heat honey over medium-low heat. Let honey bubble and turn golden brown to deepen the flavor, about 2-3 minutes. Whisk in orange juice and olive oil. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Whisk in the vinegar, mustard, orange peel, chili powder and salt. Chill for approx. 1 hour and serve.
