• 2 tsp. Porcini Olive Oil
• 2 tsp. Garlic Olive Oil
• 2 tsp. Amora Dijon Mustard
• Pinch of dried thyme
• Pinch of dried oregano
• 1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

PREPARATION: Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Brush on meats or vegetables before cooking and baste occasionally during cooking. For the diehard mushroom lover, marinate red meats and vegetables.
