🍑 Peach & Basil Summer Salad 🌿

A light, fresh, and ‘bursting with seasonal flavor,’ twist on summer salads! This Peach Basil Summer Salad recipe features peach, basil leaves, and our own basil olive oil, plus peach white balsamic. Perfect for a spring or summer day, maybe with dinner in the evening!

🛒 Ingredients:

• 2 ripe peaches, sliced

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

• 1 ball fresh burrata or mozzarella

• 1 handful fresh basil leaves

• 2 cups arugula or mixed greens

• 1 tbsp Carter & Cavero Basil Olive Oil

• 1 tbsp Carter & Cavero Peach White Balsamic

• Pinch of flaky sea salt and black pepper

🥗 Instructions:

1. Arrange greens on a serving plate.

2. Top with sliced peaches, cherry tomatoes, and torn burrata.

3. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top.

4. Drizzle with Basil Olive Oil and Peach White Balsamic.

5. Finish with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.

Add toasted pine nuts or prosciutto for extra texture and depth!
